Yaveon has expanded to the US with a new location in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking for a Partner Marketing Success Manager to help grow our partner channel.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Partner Marketing Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our partners, driving marketing initiatives that strengthen collaboration and promote our solutions. You will coordinate closely with Product and Partner Success Managers to ensure that all marketing activities align with partner expectations and company standards.
These could be your tasks:
- Planning, executing, and following up on partner-focused marketing activities, including campaigns, events, appearances, and partner acquisition.
- Serving as the primary contact for partner marketing, coordinating with Product and Partner Success Managers to ensure materials meet expectations.
- Motivating and supporting partners in their marketing initiatives.
- Representing the company at trade shows and events, and planning presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Maintaining the partner portal (SharePoint) and providing regular reports to the Partner Manager and Head of Marketing.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience in a similar position in IT solutions sales and partner sales is an advantage - experience in product-oriented marketing is a must.
- Knowledge of business management contexts and end-to-end business processes, ideally in the target industries (food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical device and biotech manufacturing).
- You are a strong team player with high resilience and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills and an extroverted personality sets you apart
- You live in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work 100% from home with periodic local meetings and onsite travel (US / Canada) as needed, travel expected to be up to 2 months of the year and would include attendance at trade shows and partner visits.
