Sales Development Representative

Yaveon has expanded to the US with a new location in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow our partner channel.
These could be your tasks:
- Research appropriate companies and contacts to target using research tools such as D&B or Zoom
- Be able to articulate, written and verbally, the business benefits of Yaveon products to prospects
- Use social media, such as LinkedIn, to establish an online trusted advisor persona and make initial contact with potential prospects
- Establish positive long-term relationships with people who are not ready to buy now but need to be nurtured
- Outbound email and telephone contact with interested parties
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by Yaveon website and marketing campaigns
- Updating of company, contact and activity data in the Yaveon CRM
- Scheduling of follow up activities for inbound and outbound efforts
What you bring to the table:
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about driving lead generation and business growth.
- Bring a high level of self-motivation, results orientation, and a strong work ethic, combined with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in sales development or a related role, ideally within a B2B environment; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships.
- Reside in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area.
